What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity and size of your order.
Need it faster? We offer rush printing services, with delivery as soon as 1-3 business days (additional fees apply).
If you’re opting for shipping rather than local pickup, please allow extra days for transit. Shipping options will be shared on request with payment details after the order is received.
What if I’m not happy with the print?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn’t meet expectations or differs from the approved mock-up, we’ll reprint it at no extra cost. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind every product to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, sustainability is at the core of what we do at Gozero Print. We prioritize eco-conscious materials and offer apparel made from organic cotton and certified by OEKO-TEX® and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). How do I get started with my order?
Getting started is easy! Just head to our website, select your product, upload your design or share your idea, and we’ll handle the rest. You’ll receive a digital proof to review before production begins.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve already paid, your order can be cancelled within a 2-hour grace period after payment.
If you haven’t paid yet and wish to cancel, just email us at customerservice@gozeroprint.com, and we’ll take care of it.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We’re committed to delivering top-quality products. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@gozeroprint.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
What is your misprint policy?
To ensure accuracy, we provide detailed mockups with clear print specifications for your approval before production.In the rare event that the final product significantly differs from the approved mockup, we’ll offer a reprint or partial refund once the misprinted items are returned to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable.All claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
What is your refund policy?
Because all of our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds.However, if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us—we’re always happy to assist and make things right.
