What is the minimum order quantity?
No—most apparel items have no minimum order requirement. The same applies to DTF and other printing products, so you can order just one item or in bulk, depending on your needs.
How long does production take?
Our standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days, depending on current order volume. We also offer expedited options, including same-day (24-hour) service. You can view all available delivery options during checkout.
Do you ship across Canada?

Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely. Send us your blanks and we’ll print, press and pack them with the same QC as our in-house stock.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. We also accept high-resolution PNGs at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds.
