Gozero Print reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you are found in violation of any part of these Terms.

• Upload or transmit malicious code, such as viruses, worms, or Trojan horses;
• Use the Site to send unsolicited messages, including spam or email advertisements;
• Use automated scripts, bots, or manual data scraping to collect information from the Site;

Gozero Print offers custom printing services, allowing users to create, design, and order personalized apparel and related products. Our offerings may include digital proofs, consultations, and print-on-demand solutions.

5. User Content and Ownership

When you submit content, including designs, text, or images (collectively “User Content”), you confirm that:

• You have the rights to use and share this content;
• It does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
• It complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant Gozero Print a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and fulfill your order based on the content you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Gozero Print on the Site, including our designs, logos, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Gozero Print or our licensors. You may not copy, use, or reproduce any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices listed at the time of purchase are the basic price and do not include applicable taxes and shipping charges. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account using an authorized payment method.

8. Design Approval and Proofing

Before production, you will receive a digital proof of your custom design. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof. Once approved, the design cannot be changed, and Gozero Print will not be held responsible for any overlooked errors.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ship products within our estimated timelines, but delays may occur due to third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges and timelines will be shared at checkout. Gozero Print is not liable for carrier-related delays.

10. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a clear defect or error on our part. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement or refund.

11. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if production has not yet started. Once your design proof has been approved, cancellation is no longer possible.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gozero Print and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gozero Print, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal costs resulting from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
