Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Small-batch production starts at 12 units for most apparel. There are no minimums on DTF transfer sheets — order a single sheet if that’s what you need.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush orders ship in 24 hours for an additional fee.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — flat-rate ground shipping nationwide, free over $250.
Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely. Send us your blanks and we’ll print, press and pack them with the same QC as our in-house stock.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. We also accept high-resolution PNGs at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds.
