Most apparel orders ship within 48 hours of proof approval. Large, embroidered or multi-location orders can take longer. Tell us your deadline when you request a quote and we’ll confirm the timeline.

Is there a minimum order?

We print both small runs and bulk orders. The price per shirt drops as your quantity goes up, so request a quote with your quantity for the best price.

What t-shirt styles do you carry?

We carry short sleeve and long sleeve t-shirts, polo shirts, performance and athletic shirts, tank tops and kids t-shirts, in unisex, ladies and youth fits.

What kind of printing methods do you offer?

We offer DTF printing for full-colour designs, screen printing for bold bulk orders, and embroidery for a premium stitched finish. We’ll recommend the best option for your artwork.

Can I order different sizes in one order?

Yes. Just list the size breakdown (for example 5 S, 10 M, 8 L) in your quote request and we’ll print the same design across all sizes.

Do I pay before my order is approved?

No. There is no payment at checkout. We review your order and artwork first, send you a proof, and you pay after you approve it.

Do you ship custom t-shirts outside Vancouver?

Yes. We serve Vancouver and Metro Vancouver with local pickup and ship custom t-shirts across Canada.
